Reset user Password

To reset AOK User password, you need AOK admin rights. Please obtain the AOK Admin credentials.

  • Step-1: Log in to the site using your credentials. You will be directed to a page similar to the one shown in the image below:
  • Step-2: Click on the 'Verwelten'(Manage) button.
  • Step-3: Select the 'Benutzer'(User) button. Alt text You will be directed to a page similar to the one shown in the image below:
  • Step-4: Click on the 'Generate One time Password' button. This will take you to a page similar to the one shown in the image below: Now enter either the user name and click on the 'Erstellen' button. This will create a link which you can share with user to reset the password. Note: This Link is only for one time use .
  • Step-5: User can reset their password as shown below.
