Create Magazine Articles Pages​

Note : To create content you need to login as AOK User. To create Magazine Articles content follow the steps,

  1. Click on Inhalt(Content) -> Inhalt hinzufügen (Add Content) -> FAQ
  2. Add Appropriate 'Title'.
  3. Select 'In use by AOK' To provide content editors with visibility which AOK is/are currently utilizing or displaying this particular article.
  4. Select 'Magazine Tags' it will be a filter based on Age
  5. Select 'Category', these categories will be assigned to the articles and used to filter the articles list.
  6. Enter 'Headline Text'.
  7. Enter 'Teaser Headline Text'.
  8. Enter 'Teaser Text', short description for the article.
  9. Upload 'Teaser Image' Click on 'Dateibrowser öffnen (File Browser)' it will open IMCE file browser, upload image and click on 'Auswahlen (Select)' it will add 'Teaser Image'.
  10. Upload 'Banner Image' Click on 'Dateibrowser öffnen (File Browser)' it will open IMCE file browser, upload image and click on 'Auswahlen (Select)' it will add 'Banner Image'.

Add Copmponents​

11. Click on 'Magazine Image Component Hinzufugen' to add Image & Text component. 12. Upload 'Image' Click on 'Dateibrowser öffnen (File Browser)' it will open IMCE file browser, upload image and click on 'Auswahlen (Select)' it will add 'Image' for image component. Add 'Title' information to display text for the image. 13. To add 'Text Field Component' click on 'zuComponent' it will open the option to select text component. Click on 'Magazine Text Field Component' . 14. Enter 'Headline'. 15. Enter 'content', this is rich text field can accept html tags. 16. Click on Speichern (Published) button at bottom to save the page.

Magazine Articles Revisions​

To find the Magazine Articles revisions follow the given steps,

  1. Click on 'Inhalt(content)'.
  2. Choose the Magazine Articles page to edit (check if Inhaltstype is 'Magazine Articles') -> Click on 'Bearbeiten(Edit)' button at right side respective at Titel column.
  3. Click on 'Revisionen(Revision)' tab. It will show all revisions for the Magazine Articles.
  4. We can compair the 2 revisions. Select the revisions using radio buttons and click on 'Ausgewählte Revisionen vergleichen(Compare Selected Revisions)' it will give the comparison page 2 revisions side by side. Changes are green colored and current one is red.
  5. We can revert the Magazine Articles content to the older version Click on 'Zurücksetzen(revert)' it will revert the consent to the selected revision content.

Edit Magazine Articles Page​

To edit Magazine Articles pages follow given steps,

  1. Click on 'Inhalt(content)'.
  2. Choose the Magazine Articles page to edit (check if Inhaltstype is 'Magazine Articles') -> Click on 'Bearbeiten(Edit)' button at right side respective at Titel column.
  3. Edit the page, after editing please make sure 'Vröffentlicht(published)' is chcked.
  4. Click on 'Speichern(Save)' button.

Unpublish or Remove Magazine from APP​

To remove or unpublish or hide a magazine in the app, follow below steps.

  1. Click on 'Inhalt(content)'.
  2. Choose the magazine articles page to edit (check if Inhaltstype is 'Magazine Articles') -> Click on 'Bearbeiten(Edit)' button at right side respective at Titel column.
  3. Edit the page, and update the "Is Active" checkbox.
  4. For Published motivation, the checkbox must be Ticked like shown below
  5. To unpublish or hide, the checkbox must not be ticked, like shown below
  6. Click on 'Speichern(Save)' button.
